Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 27, 2026
Cyrus Cheer LLC, a Utah limited liability company ("Cyrus Cheer," "we," "us"), operates the website cyruscheer.com and the Cyrus Cheer mobile app (together, the "Service"). This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices.
Age. The Service is for people 13 and older, and in some countries the minimum is higher: 14 in Austria, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Italy, Lithuania, Spain, South Korea and Québec; 15 in Czechia, France and Greece; 16 in Croatia, Germany, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Romania, Slovakia and Slovenia. Everywhere else it’s 13. When you start, we ask the year you were born. We ask where you live, and whether you’ve had your birthday yet this year, only if the answer could change whether you can join. We don’t keep your birth year, your birthday answer or where you live. If you can join, we keep only a record that you passed the age check, when, and the language it was asked in. If you’re under the minimum age where you live, we don’t create an account and we don’t keep your answers. We don’t ask a parent for consent because we don’t sign anyone up below that age. We don’t knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, email privacy@cyruscheer.com and we’ll delete it.
1. What we collect
You give us:
- Email address — when you join the waitlist or create an account.
- Account info — your email address and a password when you create an account in the app or at cyruscheer.com/join, and your name or first name if you give it. Our login provider handles your password; we never store the password itself.
- Sign in with Apple — you can create or sign into your account with Apple instead of a password. When you do, Apple tells us your name and an email address, which can be a private relay address Apple generates for you rather than your real one. We keep only your first name, never your last. We use it and the email for exactly the same things as an email signup, and your Apple password never reaches us.
- Training questionnaire answers — your cheer position and stunt role, sex, age range, weight-room experience, self-rated skill level, goals, season phase, weekly practice load, available days, equipment, and areas of the body to train around (injury information). If you build a stretching program we also ask what you want to get more flexible at and how flexible you say you already are. Height and weight are asked as optional ranges used only to set your starting weights; you can skip them, we never show them back to you, and if you skip them we do not store them. See "Sensitive information" below.
- If you start on our website (cyruscheer.com/join), you answer the same questions there. Your answers stay in that browser until your program is built, then the website deletes them. They’re also deleted when you sign out, or after 7 days if you never finish.
- Your schedule — the practices, school, work and other weekly commitments you enter so we can plan your training around them.
- Friends (The Roster) — your @handle, display name, whether you have made yourself discoverable (off by default), and who you are connected to. Friends can see your streak, your session count and your next planned workout. Your handle is findable only by exact search, and only if you turn discoverability on.
- Blocking and reporting — if you block another athlete we store who blocked whom and when, and the block also removes that person from your Roster. If you report someone we store who reported, who was reported, the reason you picked from our short list, anything you type in a box we give you to describe the problem (up to 500 characters), and a copy of that athlete's @handle and display name as they were at the moment you reported — so someone renaming themselves afterwards does not erase what was reported. We keep reports so we can act on them and show a pattern if one exists. We do not tell the reported person who reported them. A block also applies on the forum: while you are signed in, neither of you sees, replies to or votes on the other’s posts.
- Forum posts — if you use the forum at cyruscheer.com/forum: the threads and replies you write and the category you pick, when you posted, each up or down vote you cast, and each report you file (the reason you pick and anything you type in the note box, up to 500 characters). Your posts are public. See “3b. The forum” below.
- Practice check-ins — if you have a practice or open gym on your schedule, the app may ask whether you went and how hard it was (light, moderate or hard). The answer is stored against that date. We use it so your training does not stack on top of a brutal practice week, and so we do not cut your training for practices that never happened. You can wave the question away; there is no penalty and nothing reports a missed practice back to you.
- Workout activity — sessions completed, set logs, how hard a session felt (you rate it 1–10, or skip it), and streaks.
- Session check-ins — short optional questions the app asks in the gaps: during a rest, how much you had left in a set (and, if you could not finish it, how many you got); before a session, how your body feels or roughly how many hours you slept; and occasionally whether anything is sore, or whether anything is hurting and where. A pain answer also records which movement you were doing. At most one of these appears in a session and none of them interrupt a set. The ones that appear as a pop-up carry a “Not now”; the question about how much you had left in a set is a row in the rest screen that simply disappears when the timer runs out. Skipping changes nothing about your program. We use them to decide next week’s loads and volume, and to stop prescribing a movement that hurts. When you swap an exercise out we also keep the reason you gave — including when that reason is pain — so your program can stop prescribing movements that hurt.
- Language — the language you choose for the app is saved to your account, so the coaching we write for you comes back in that language.
- Payment — you can buy a membership in the app, through the Apple App Store (and Google Play if we release on Android), or on our website at cyruscheer.com/join. On the website, the checkout page is run by RevenueCat and the card payment is processed by Stripe. You give them your email address and your card details and, when a payment needs it, your billing country and postcode. Stripe also receives information about the device and browser you pay from, which it uses to check the payment for fraud. Only an adult can pay on the website: if you’re under 18, a parent or guardian pays. If a parent or guardian pays, the email address and card details are theirs, and this policy, including section 7, covers them too. However you buy, we receive confirmation of the purchase and your subscription status (your plan, its price and when it renews), and on the website the email address you paid with, so we can help with your membership. We never receive or store your full card number.
- Tips — if you leave an optional tip on our website, we record the amount, when it was paid, and whether it was later refunded. Tips appear on a public “Latest tips” list as Anonymous unless you choose to show a name; if you do, we store the name you typed (up to 20 characters) with your account and show it next to the amount. We never show your email or anything about your card. To have a name removed from the list, email privacy@cyruscheer.com.
Collected automatically:
- Usage data — only if you turn on “Share usage data” in the app. It records which screens you open and when, plus a short fixed list of actions: opening the app, completing an onboarding step, claiming an account, reaching the subscription screen, starting a purchase, restoring a purchase, and starting, abandoning or finishing a training session. A finished session records how many movements and sets it contained, how long it was meant to take, and the difficulty you gave it — never the weights you lifted. Screen addresses have identifiers stripped before they are stored, so we can see that an exercise page was opened but not which exercise. This is linked to your account, so it is not anonymous. We collect it ourselves, on our own infrastructure — there is no third-party analytics or advertising SDK in the app. You can turn it off at any time under Member, and collection stops.
- Device identifier — RevenueCat, the service that manages memberships, receives an identifier from your device along with your account id so your membership follows you. We do not use it for advertising. The app contains no advertising or tracking software.
- Sign-in and security data — when you create an account or sign in, in the app or on our website, our login provider (Supabase) records your IP address and the time, and your browser or phone keeps a sign-in token so you stay signed in. We use this to run your login and stop abuse, never for advertising.
- Website analytics & advertising — on cyruscheer.com we use Google Analytics 4 and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel to understand traffic and measure ads. These set cookies/identifiers. See "Tracking & your choices."
2. Sensitive information (injuries and body data)
Some of what you tell us is health-adjacent: the body areas you asked us to train around, your optional height and weight ranges, how flexible you say you already are, how hard a session felt, how hard a practice was, swapping an exercise because of pain, and the session check-ins — sleep, soreness, current pain and how much you had left in a set. We use this only to build and adjust your training program, and only with your explicit consent, which you give with a separate checkbox on the “Before you start” screen in the app or on our website (section 11.3 explains how to take it back). We do not sell it, we do not use it for advertising, and we do not show your height or weight back to you anywhere in the app.
If you live in Washington State, this information is also covered by a separate, more detailed policy required by Washington law: Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy.
3. How we use information
- Build and continuously adjust your personalized training program.
- Run your account, subscription, streaks, and history.
- Keep the Roster safe — act on blocks and reports, and stop abuse.
- Send you the welcome email and, where required with your consent, updates.
- Measure and improve the Service, and measure our advertising. This includes our own staff looking at how individual athletes are using the app. Access is restricted to Cyrus Cheer LLC staff accounts. This is how we see what is working; it is not shared with anyone outside the company, and it happens whether or not you turned on “Share usage data”, because it comes from your training history rather than from usage analytics.
- Keep the Service secure and comply with law.
3a. If we ever want to feature you
We sometimes ask athletes whether they would like to give a testimonial or film a short video for us, and we sometimes pay for that. It is always optional, and saying no changes nothing about your account, your program, or your price.
We do not use your training activity to decide who to ask. If that ever changes, we will ask your permission in the app first, and it will be off unless you turn it on.
If you are under 18, we will also ask a parent or guardian to say yes before anything you write or film is used in our marketing.
Anything we pay for is labelled as an ad when we post it. We will never ask you to leave a review on the App Store, and we will never pay for one.
3b. The forum
The forum at cyruscheer.com/forum is a public message board where athletes request skills, report problems and give feedback. Anyone can read it without an account. To post, reply, vote or report you sign in with your Cyrus Cheer account, and you need an @handle and a training program. The forum’s rules are in our Forum Guidelines.
- What everyone can see: the title, text and category of what you post, your @handle, when you posted, the up and down vote totals, and how many replies a thread has. Replies from us are labelled “Cyrus Cheer team”.
- What nobody else can see: your name or display name, your email, your age, your training program or any of your training data, who voted on what, and who reported what. Posting on the forum does not make you findable on the Roster: a friend request still only reaches you if you have turned on “Findable by handle” in the app.
- What we check before saving: our server refuses a post that contains a link, an email address, a phone number, a request to talk on another app (“add me on…”), or offensive language. A refused post is not saved to the forum.
- Moderation: our staff can see posts that have been reported, with the reasons and notes — but the forum does not show them who filed a report. When three different athletes report the same post, it is held out of view until staff review it. Staff can hide a post, restore it, or remove an account that breaks the rules.
- Signing in on the website: your browser keeps a sign-in token so you stay signed in. It is needed for signing in and is not used for advertising. Signing out removes it.
- Search engines: we ask search engines not to list the forum. That is a request, not a lock — anything on the forum is still public, and someone can copy or screenshot it.
- No advertising trackers on the forum: Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel do not load on the forum pages, whatever you chose on the cookie banner.
How long forum content is kept. Your posts stay up until you delete them, delete your account, or we hide them. When you delete a post it disappears from the forum straight away; the text stays in our database, where only our staff can reach it, until your account is deleted, so that we can still act on a report about it. Posts we hide, and reports, are kept the same way. Deleting your account (Member → Delete account in the app) permanently deletes every thread and reply you wrote, every vote you cast and every report you filed. It also deletes any thread you started together with the replies other athletes left on it.
If you are under 18: your posts are public in the same way. A parent or guardian can ask us to take down a post or delete the account by emailing hello@cyruscheer.com or privacy@cyruscheer.com.
4. The AI that builds your program
Your program is written by an AI. To do that we send information to our AI provider, Anthropic (the Claude API), acting as our processor under contract. Here is exactly what goes, and when.
- When we first build your program: your questionnaire answers — position and stunt role, sex, age range, weight-room experience, skill level, goals, season phase, how many team practices you have a week, how many days you can train, equipment, the areas of the body you asked us to train around, and, only if you chose to give them, your height and weight ranges. If you skip height or weight, nothing is sent, because nothing was kept.
- When we rewrite your program each week: your current program summary (which includes the record of exercises you swapped and the reason you gave, including pain), how hard your recent sessions felt on the 1–10 scale, your training log for those sessions (the weights and reps you recorded and how much you had left in a set), your session check-in answers and the movement a pain answer was about, and your outside training load — your practices and open gyms with their day, length, focus and intensity, whether you told us you actually attended, and how many of your scheduled practices you attended over the last four weeks.
- When you ask the app to plan your week: your weekly commitments — what you named them, which day, and the start and end times — so training lands in the gaps.
- When you swap a movement mid-session: that exercise and the reason you picked.
- Always: the language you chose, so the coaching comes back in it.
Under our API terms Anthropic processes this to return a program and does not use it to train their models. We do not send them your name, your email, your @handle, your payment information, who your friends are, anything from blocking and reporting, or anything you write on the forum. Anthropic is bound by contract to protect this information with at least the same level of protection described in this policy.
5. Who we share with
We share data only with providers that help us run the Service, under contract: Supabase (accounts, database and file storage — this is where your account and training data live), Netlify (website hosting and the waitlist form), Zapier and Google Sheets (routing and storing signups), Resend and MailerLite (email), Google Analytics 4 and Meta (website analytics and advertising), Anthropic (AI program generation), Apple and Google (purchases and subscriptions; Apple also provides Sign in with Apple), and RevenueCat (managing your subscription status, and running the checkout page when you buy on our website). Expo delivers app updates and Vercel runs our welcome-email endpoint. Every provider listed here is bound by contract to protect your information with at least the same level of protection described in this policy, and to use it only to provide its service to us.
Stripe processes card payments made on our website. Stripe is bound by contract to protect your payment information, but it also uses that information for its own purposes as an independent company — to prevent fraud across its network, to improve its services, and to meet its own legal duties as a payment provider — under its own privacy policy at stripe.com/privacy.
Blocks, reports and forum posts are stored in our own database (Supabase, in the United States). Blocks and reports are read only by us; forum posts are public, as described in section 3b. We do not send blocks or reports to our AI provider or to anyone else, except where the law requires it or where it is needed to protect someone's safety.
We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect rights and safety.
6. Tracking & your choices
- Website cookies: Google Analytics 4 and the Meta Pixel are non-essential, and we do not load them at all unless you choose “Accept” on the banner when you first visit. If you choose “Reject”, nothing is requested from Google or Meta and no cookie is set. You can change your mind at any time using the Cookies link in the footer — a withdrawal applies from your next page load, because a script already running cannot be unloaded.
- Opt out: use the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on, and your ad settings at facebook.com/ads/preferences and Google Ads Settings.
- App tracking (iOS): we will request permission via Apple's App Tracking Transparency before any cross-app tracking; you can decline.
- Marketing email: every email has an unsubscribe link.
7. Your rights
You can ask us to: see the data we hold about you and get a copy; correct it; delete it; limit how we use it; receive it in a file you can take elsewhere; and object to our using it for a purpose based on our legitimate interests (section 11.2). Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time. That doesn’t undo what we did before you withdrew. How to withdraw each consent is in section 11.3.
How: email privacy@cyruscheer.com from the address on your account, or delete your account in the app (Member → Delete account). We may ask you to confirm the request comes from you. We reply within one month. If a request is complicated we may need up to two more months, and if so we’ll tell you within the first month. We never charge you or treat you worse for using these rights.
Deleting your account doesn’t delete the free-build record in section 8. To object to it or have it deleted, email privacy@cyruscheer.com.
If you’re under 18, a parent or guardian can make these requests for you by emailing the same address.
Complaints. If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your data, tell us first at privacy@cyruscheer.com. We confirm we’ve received a complaint within 30 days, look into it, keep you updated, and tell you what we decided. You can also complain to a data protection authority (section 11.6).
Washington State: you have extra rights over health-related data, including the right to withdraw your consent and to have that data deleted. Those rights, and how to use them, are set out in our Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy.
8. How long we keep data, and security
- Your account, training questionnaire, programs, training log, check-ins, schedule, friends, blocks and reports — for as long as you have an account. When you delete it, we delete these from our live systems straight away.
- Copies in our database provider’s backups — until those backups expire on the provider’s automatic schedule. We’ll publish the exact period here once we’ve confirmed it.
- An account you started but never finished (you passed the age check or took the quiz, but never confirmed an email and password), including any email address you entered but didn’t confirm — kept until you or we delete it. Email privacy@cyruscheer.com and we’ll delete it.
- Usage data (“Share usage data”) — for as long as you have an account. Deleting your account deletes it.
- A record that an email address has used its free program builds — if you have an account but no membership, we keep a scrambled code made from your email address (a keyed hash: it can’t be turned back into the address), a count of up to 2 builds, and the dates of the first and latest. It isn’t linked to your account and stays after you delete your account, so deleting and signing up again doesn’t reset the free builds. We use it only for this, and delete it 24 months after the latest build.
- Waitlist and marketing email — until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.
- Forum posts, votes and reports — as described in section 3b.
- Purchase records — Apple, Google, RevenueCat and Stripe keep their own records under their own policies. Payment providers are required by law to keep records of payments for several years, so a record of a payment can outlast your account. If you’d like us to ask RevenueCat to delete your subscriber record, email privacy@cyruscheer.com.
We use reasonable safeguards, including encryption in transit, access controls, and two-factor authentication on staff accounts. No system is perfectly secure. If a breach puts your rights at risk, we’ll tell you and the authorities the law requires us to tell.
8a. What the app keeps on your phone
Most of what is described above lives on our servers. Some of it is also written to your own device, so the app opens instantly, survives a dropped signal, and does not lose your work if you swipe out mid-set. None of this is a separate collection — it is a copy of data this policy already describes — but you should know it is there.
- A copy of today’s session, your training log, your week’s plan and how many days a week you train — so the app can draw your screen before it has heard from the network, and still work in a gym with no signal. It is refreshed whenever you are online and ignored once it is a day old. Your height and weight ranges are deliberately excluded from this copy.
- On our website: your questionnaire answers, held in your browser only until your program is built, you sign out, or 7 days pass. Height and weight ranges are included in this copy and deleted with it.
- An unfinished session — the sets, weights, reps and effort you have entered so far, and any check-in answers you gave during it, so leaving the app mid-workout resumes exactly where you were. It is cleared when you save the session, and expires by itself after 18 hours.
- Your first name, if you used Sign in with Apple. Apple gives us your name once and only once, so the app holds your first name on your phone (never your last name) until you pick a handle and it can be used.
- A few small records of what you have already done — which days you trained away from your usual gym, an acceptance of this policy or the training disclaimer that we could not send at the time, and the account you last used on this phone.
- Finished sessions waiting to upload — if you train somewhere with no signal, the session is held on your phone and sent when you reconnect.
- Your settings — language, pounds or kilograms, sound cues, reminder and schedule preferences, and small markers recording which one-time prompts you have already seen.
- Usage events waiting to upload — only if you turned on “Share usage data”. With it off, nothing is queued.
- Exercise demo clips — downloaded once so they play instantly instead of buffering mid-session. The clips themselves are the same public videos every athlete sees, but which ones are on your phone reflects the movements your program gave you.
This stays on your device. We cannot read it, it is not sent anywhere except as already described in this policy, and it is not shared with any other app.
Deleting your account deletes it. Every item above is removed from your phone as part of Member → Delete account, not just from our servers — including your settings, so the next person to open the app gets a first run rather than yours. Uninstalling the app also removes all of it. If you only sign out, the copy is left in place so signing back in is instant; sign out and uninstall if you want it gone without deleting your account.
9. Changes
We'll post changes here and update the "Last updated" date; significant changes will be notified in-app or by email.
10. Who we are
Cyrus Cheer LLC is the company responsible for your data. Our contact details are in section 12.
11. If you live outside the United States
11.1 Who is responsible for your data. Cyrus Cheer LLC (address in section 12) is the “controller” of your personal data. That means we decide how it’s used, and we’re responsible for it.
- Our representative in the European Union (GDPR Art. 27): being appointed. Until we publish their details here, contact us directly at privacy@cyruscheer.com.
- Our representative in the United Kingdom (UK GDPR Art. 27): being appointed. Until we publish their details here, contact us directly at privacy@cyruscheer.com.
- Our legal representative under the EU Digital Services Act (for the forum): being appointed. Until then, see section 5b of our Terms.
Once appointed, you can contact a representative instead of us, or as well as us, about anything to do with your data.
Person in charge of protecting personal information (including for Québec): Cyrus Mojallal, Manager, Cyrus Cheer LLC, privacy@cyruscheer.com. We haven’t appointed a data protection officer.
11.2 Why we’re allowed to use your data (legal bases).
- Run your account and login, and your membership and purchases — contract: we need it to give you the Service you signed up for.
- Build, adjust and schedule your program from your questionnaire, training log and schedule; streaks, history, the Roster and the forum when you choose to use them — contract.
- Use your health-related information: the body areas you asked us to train around, swaps because of pain, the session check-ins (sleep, soreness, pain, how much you had left), how hard sessions and practices felt, how flexible you say you are, and your optional height and weight ranges. This includes sending it to our AI provider to write your program — your explicit consent, which you give on the “Before you start” screen (section 11.3).
- In-app usage data (“Share usage data”) — your consent (off unless you turn it on).
- Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel on cyruscheer.com — your consent (the cookie banner; nothing loads until you choose Accept).
- Marketing email and updates — your consent. The welcome email that confirms your signup is contract.
- Featuring you in our marketing (section 3a) — your consent, and a parent’s or guardian’s too if you’re under 18.
- Keeping athletes safe: acting on blocks and reports, moderating the forum, stopping abuse and fraud, securing the Service — legitimate interests: keeping a service used by minors safe and secure. We’ve weighed this against your interests, and we use only what’s needed for it.
- Limiting free program builds to two per email address — legitimate interests: keeping the free tier open to everyone and its cost under control. We keep only a keyed hash, for the time in section 8.
- Staff looking at how athletes use the app (section 3) — legitimate interests: understanding what works so we can improve it.
- Keeping records the law requires, and answering lawful requests — legal obligation.
What happens if you don’t give us information: the questionnaire answers are needed to build a program. Without them we can’t provide one. The health-related consent is needed for a program (section 11.3). Height, weight, each individual check-in, and usage data are optional: skipping them doesn’t affect your price or access.
11.3 Your consents, and how to take them back.
- Health-related information — given with the separate checkbox on “Before you start”. To withdraw it, email privacy@cyruscheer.com or delete your account in the app. We’ll stop using it and delete it. You can also skip any single check-in at any time. A strength program is built around this information: it’s how the program protects the areas you name and steps back when something hurts. So without this consent we can’t build or keep running a strength program for you, and we won’t build one that quietly ignores an injury you told us about. If you withdraw, we stop using and delete this information, and your program stops.
- Usage data — given with the “Share usage data” box. To withdraw it, turn off “Share usage data” under Member.
- Website cookies — given on the cookie banner. To withdraw, use the “Cookies” link in the website footer.
- Marketing email — given when you sign up. To withdraw, use the unsubscribe link in every email.
11.4 Sending your data outside your country. We’re based in the United States, and so are the providers who store and process your data. Supabase (database) and Anthropic (AI), for example, process it in the United States. If you live in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Switzerland or another country with transfer rules, your data is therefore transferred to the United States.
Our database provider (Supabase), our AI provider (Anthropic) and our subscription provider (RevenueCat) protect those transfers with the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses and the UK’s international data transfer addendum, built into our contracts with them. We’re confirming the equivalent safeguards (the Standard Contractual Clauses, or certification under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and its UK and Swiss extensions) with our other providers listed in section 5. MailerLite stores email lists in the European Union. To get a copy of the safeguards that apply, email privacy@cyruscheer.com.
11.5 Automated decisions. An AI writes and adjusts your training program from your answers and your training history (section 4). It decides which exercises, sets, reps and loads you’re given. It doesn’t make decisions with legal or similarly significant effects on you: it doesn’t decide your price, your access, or anything outside your training. You can always swap an exercise, skip a session, or ask us to review something by emailing privacy@cyruscheer.com.
11.6 Complaints to a data protection authority. You can complain to the data protection authority where you live or work, or where you think the problem happened. For example: in the EEA, your national authority (list at edpb.europa.eu); in the UK, the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk); in Switzerland, the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC); in Canada, the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada or, in Québec, the Commission d’accès à l’information; in Australia, the OAIC; in Japan, the Personal Information Protection Commission; in South Korea, the Personal Information Protection Commission. We’d appreciate the chance to fix it first (section 7), but you don’t have to come to us first.
11.7 Japan. We give personal data to providers in the United States (listed in section 5). The United States has no general federal privacy law equivalent to Japan’s Act on the Protection of Personal Information. Some states have their own privacy laws, and the Federal Trade Commission enforces against unfair and deceptive privacy practices. Each of our providers is bound by contract to protect your information to at least the standard in this policy and to use it only to provide its service to us, except where section 5 says a provider also uses it for its own purposes.
11.8 Canada and Québec. Your information is stored and processed outside Canada, in the United States, and may be accessible to courts and authorities there. Before communicating information from Québec outside Québec, we assessed the protection it gets, and our contracts with providers set out how they must protect it. Québec residents can ask the person in charge (section 11.1) how long their information is kept and who in the company can see it. We don’t use technology that locates you. The Service builds a profile of your training (section 4). That profile is how the program works, and it’s on whenever you use the Service.
11.9 Where the app isn’t offered. The app isn’t offered in China mainland, India, Brazil, Russia, Belarus, Türkiye, Indonesia, Vietnam, South Africa or Kenya.
11.10 Language. This policy is written in English, and the English version governs. The app is available in other languages, but we haven’t translated this policy by machine. A legal document translated by software can say something we didn’t mean.
